I called three times to make sure they had a car dolly available. When I got there, he only had 2 trailers and a truck. This is because he DIDN'T KNOW WHAT A CAR DOLLY IS! I impolitely suggested he look at the UHAUL so he would know what a Car Dolly is. I can't leave a review with UHaul because I didn't get a number. I didn't get a number because I wasn't able to rent what he didn't have.
My plans all hinged on this car dolly so he wasted hours of my day.
